Fr. Herbert Dunlop, OMI joined the Oblates of Mary Immaculate in 1933 and was ordained a priest on June 24, 1940 in Ottawa, Ontario. His first assignment was to St. Paul's Parish in North Vancouver, BC as Missionary. Following assignments include many years as Principal of the Indian Residential Schools at Sechelt, Kuper Island and Mission, BC; Director of the Missionary Association of Mary Immaculate, Ottawa; member of the Oblate Mission Band Team and Pastor of the parishes in Lake Cowichan and Duncan, BC. He is currently Superior of the Oblate Provincial House in Vancouver, BC.
