Indian Act and Aboriginal Constitutional Provisions

Library Item

Preface: The law continues to develop at a rapid pace. The Supreme Court of Canada has released two decisions this year, and made significant comments on the rights of Aboriginal peoples in Quebec. While there have not been any changes to the Indian Act this past year, Parliament has before it a number of bills addressing Aboriginal issues.
