Item consists of Volume One of a two volume report. It deals with the broad social, economic and environmental impacts that a gas pipeline and an energy corridor would have in the Mackenzie Valley and the Western Arctic. In it certain basic recommendations are made. Volume Two will set out the terms and conditions that should be imposed if a pipeline is built.
