The mask depicts a bear with a salmon in its teeth with cedar bark hair. There is an hole in the top of the mask for the eagle attachment. The mask is painted black, green, red and white for the bears teeth. On the back of the mask there is an inscription as well as a wire connected to two nails. The wood appears to be stained a medium reddish brown.
