Description Basket, cedar root, coiled, square, smaller at the base getting increasingly bigger towards the top. The basket features red, black and white imbrication in a two separate triangular patterns. The back of the basket only has one triangular pattern. This, along with the hide ties inside the basket, indicate it might have had straps to wear the basket on ones back. The bottom of the basket shows extensive wear to the point of damage.
